This is a true right-hand role and not a traditional administrative position. Beyond standard EA duties, the role also covers Personal Assistant and House Manager-type responsibilities, including household oversight, personal errands, family logistics, and coordination with household and aviation staff. The ideal candidate brings sharp judgment, high emotional intelligence, and unwavering discretion, and is energized by fast-paced, occasionally unpredictable days that mix major strategic meetings with personal requests and everything in between.

  • Own and manage a highly active, fluid calendar spanning business, investment, philanthropic, political, family, social, and personal commitments.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including private aviation, ground transportation, hotels, and security logistics.
  • Serve as gatekeeper for the Chairman's extensive network of relationships, maintaining accurate contact and relationship records.
  • Track commitments, open items, delegated projects, and follow-ups across every area of the Chairman's professional and personal life.
  • Handle day-to-day personal and household needs, acting as a Personal Assistant and House Manager, including errands, gift management, events, and family matters.
  • Liaise with household staff, aviation staff, and family office colleagues to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Coordinate technology needs with the firm's IT team and oversee select financial matters, including acting as point person with outside providers.
  • Support PR and communications needs alongside the Managing Director of Social Impact and Public Affairs.
  • Coordinate philanthropic and political engagements.
  • Exercise judgment on what needs the Chairman's direct attention versus what can be delegated.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Significant experience supporting a highly active principal, senior executive, entrepreneur, investor, or family in a role requiring exceptional discretion and judgment.
  • Background in a family office, investment firm, private holding company, CEO/Chairman's office, government, diplomacy, or hospitality preferred.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats, spanning executive support, personal assistance, and house management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a complex calendar and high volume of incoming requests.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complicated domestic and international travel.
  • Strong technology fluency (Mac and PC, Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Adobe Acrobat).
  • Calm, poised, and available beyond standard business hours with a 24/7 mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling highly confidential information.
