Our client is a real estate investment and development firm looking for a professional, articulate, and polished Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Administration in the office of the Chairman. This is a high-visibility position. You will interact with high-profile guests, and represent the company at the highest level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and prepare briefing materials for meetings, travel, and speaking engagements.
  • Coordinate personal and business travel, including transportation and accommodations.
  • Receive and log correspondence and mail. Flag items as needed and distribute as directed.
  • Create and maintain files and records for historical and informational reference.
  • Log invitations and contributions for review during the weekly scheduling meeting.
  • Order lunch and set up conference rooms for meetings.
  • Register, greet, and escort guests.
  • Answer phones as needed.
  • Maintain business and personal contact lists, including confidential data.
  • Archive and download personal and business photos.
  • Order personal and business items as directed.
  • Prepare reports as directed.

  • Experience with multi-line phones, copiers, and fax machines.

Education and Experience

  • College degree preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience.
  • Experience in a professional office environment.

Location:Dallas, TX
Schedule: In office Monday-Friday

Salary: $85,000/year plus amazing benefits
