A founder and CEO is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as her right hand across an exceptionally fast-moving professional and personal schedule. This is a high-volume, principal-facing role for someone who is naturally proactive, highly intuitive, and excellent at taking things from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has supported a high-profile executive in a similarly demanding environment and knows how to operate with very little direction. The EA will need to understand the bigger picture, anticipate what is coming next, manage constant changes, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

  • Own a highly complex calendar across business, personal, family, travel, and social commitments
  • Manage an extremely high-volume inbox and communications across email, text, WhatsApp, Slack, Signal, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Act as the final layer of execution: tracking open loops, following up, and making sure action items are fully closed
  • Proactively prioritize the CEO's time and ensure her calendar reflects her highest-priority commitments and to-do list
  • Manage frequent domestic and international travel, often coordinating multiple flights, last-minute changes, drivers, accommodations, and logistics
  • Coordinate personal and family logistics, including children's activities, appointments, workouts, events, and other commitments
  • Prepare the CEO for meetings and events and ensure follow-up happens immediately afterward
  • Maintain a high level of discretion while having visibility into extremely sensitive personal and professional communications

Ideal Candidate

  • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Founder or CEO
  • Proven experience supporting a highly active, high-profile, or high-charisma founder/executive
  • Comfortable managing 400–500+ daily communications across multiple platforms
  • Exceptionally organized with strong follow-through 
  • Highly intuitive and able to execute with minimal information or direction
  • Extremely discreet and comfortable with significant access to personal information and communications

Location: New York City
Schedule: Full-Time M-F, Hybrid
Compensation: $125k+ DOE
