A polished and highly service-oriented Rotational Personal Assistant / Butler is sought to support high-profile Principals in their South Florida residence and additional properties. This is a hands-on role requiring direct daily interaction with the Principals and close coordination with household, nanny, culinary, travel, aviation, maritime, security, and facilities teams.
 
This position blends elevated butler service with operational household support. The right candidate will anticipate needs, execute seamlessly across homes and travel, and provide consistent, discreet service within a fast-paced private environment.
 
Will consider fly-in-fly out or relocation depending on circumstances. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on personal service, including wardrobe management, packing, stocking, errands, and special projects
  • Maintain kitchens, pantries, inventories, and overall household organization across properties
  • Execute formal and informal meal service and align timing with chefs
  • Prepare homes for guests and entertaining, including table settings, décor, and vendor coordination
  • Anticipate and manage all travel logistics, including packing documents, wardrobe, gear, medications, and luggage tracking
  • Travel ahead of the family to prepare residences, oversee stocking, test household systems, and ensure full readiness
  • Pack and unpack Principals at home and on travel
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and local teams to ensure service aligns with family standards
  • Communicate real-time schedule updates to chefs, security, facilities, and other teams
  • Maintain preference logs for Principals and guests
  • Support the nanny team with childcare coverage as needed
  • Assist with dog care and management of sports and lifestyle equipment
  • Serve as a rotational after-hours point of contact for Principals
  • Partner closely with Head of Household to ensure continuity and operational alignment
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in private service, luxury hospitality, or UHNW households
  • Service-oriented, flexible mindset, able to pivot as needed
  • Able to collaborate with a team, but work independently as needed
  • Solutions-oriented, able to resolve changes with ease and calm
  • Butler, yachting, or formal hospitality background preferred
  • Experience supporting multi-property, travel-heavy households strongly preferred
  • Valid U.S. passport and flexibility for domestic and international travel
  • Absolute discretion and commitment to confidentiality
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and rotational on-call coverage
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID and boosted
  • Highly organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and service-driven
  • Strong judgment, communication skills, and follow-through
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Location: Miami + global
Schedule: 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off (fly in/fly out option available)
Compensation: 160-200K  + incredible, comprehensive benefits package
