A growing, founder-led organization is seeking a strategic and highly capable Chief of Staff to serve as a key partner to the Founder and CEO. This role will operate across enterprise-wide initiatives, driving strategic planning processes, overseeing critical business priorities, and ensuring alignment and execution at the executive level. The Chief of Staff will support high-impact projects, develop executive and board-level materials, and help operationalize key decisions. This individual will act as a central connector across leadership, enhancing communication, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Founder & CEO across strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives.
  • Drive preparation of board materials, investor updates, executive communications, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure timely follow-through and accountability on executive decisions and company priorities.
  • Lead Executive Leadership Team meeting cadences, track key initiatives, and drive execution across departments.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable processes to support growth.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • ???????Oversee and optimize the executive support function, establishing high standards for prioritization, communication, and workflow.
  • Supervise analytical support, including strategic research, reporting, and preparation of executive-level materials.
Qualifications:
  • 7–10 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, private equity, venture-backed startups, or related environments.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with comfort presenting to executives and investors.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Location: On-site daily in Beverly Hills, CA 
 
Salary: up to $275k + bonus and full benefits
