We are seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide seamless support to a Midwest family. This is a fully remote position, but we will only consider candidates who live in Central or Mountain Time Zones, there is no exception to this requirement.

The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, can take directness and comfortable supporting a high-achieving principal and family with diverse personal priorities. Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Calendar Management: Coordinate, prioritize, and manage the principal’s personal schedules, ensuring seamless transitions between commitments.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and oversee domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and last-minute changes.
- Personal & Family Support: Assist with family scheduling, appointments, and logistical needs for him and his wife, ensuring all personal affairs are well-coordinated
- Collaboration with other members of their Support Team
- Project Management of all sized projects having to do with the principal’s personal life
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of experience in executive or personal assistant roles, preferably supporting UHNW individuals.
- Must have extensive experience in travel and calendar management
- Experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work seamlessly with the principal’s team and family
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency, adaptability, and professionalism
- Thick-skinned and comfortable with concise communication styles
- Tech-savvy with experience managing digital calendars, email systems, and travel planning tools.
