Sharp & Team-Oriented House Manger / in Miami, Florida

An UHNW family is seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the operations and daily flow of multiple private residences in the Miami area. This role is highly operational and service-driven, with responsibilities including staff leadership, systems, standards, and execution across a diverse real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate brings deep private service management experience, exceptional organization, and a polished, calm presence, with the ability to elevate operations while delivering consistent white-glove service in a professional, discreet manner. Responsibilities: 

• Oversee day-to-day interior operations and flow across multiple Miami residences
• Lead and manage interior household staff, including Housekeepers, Personal/Household Assistants, Nannies, and vendors (no culinary)
• Ensure housekeeping, presentation, and service standards are consistently upheld
• Partner closely with Nannies to support smooth daily routines for children
• Oversee care, scheduling, and vendor coordination for pets
• Manage organization, readiness, and maintenance of cars and boats
• Establish and maintain clear systems, workflows, and reporting structures
• Serve as a trusted point of communication between principals, staff, and vendors
• Coordinate with facilities and exterior teams while owning interior operations
• Anticipate needs and proactively address issues with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications: 

• Proven private service experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, or similar role
• Experience overseeing multiple residences
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong people manager with high emotional intelligence and communication skills
• Systems-oriented and tech-savvy
• Proactive, solutions-driven, and able to adapt to changing priorities
• Demonstrates discretion, integrity, and calm under pressure
• Ability to deliver white-glove service with ease and warmth
• Strong local vendor relationships preferred
• Spanish-speaking is a major plus

Location: Miami Area

Compensation: 225-250K DOE + incredible/comprehensive benefits package, 401K match + more

Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexibility to work outside typical work hours as needed
