We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support a HNW family in Miami, with a wide range of personal, family, and administrative needs. This role supports both principals and occasionally interfaces with adjacent team members at their company. This is a hybrid role combined with in-home support at the family residence. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of deep experience supporting HNW families, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is comfortable balancing personal assistance with family-focused responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily family logistics and routines.
  • Manage children’s schedules, transport to/from activities and school
  • Prepare simple family meals as needed (basic cooking proficiency strongly preferred).
  • Provide occasional childcare support in collaboration with existing nanny.
  • Assist with household organization, errands, and general family operations.
  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the home, including vendor coordination
  • Handle travel logistics, including private aviation and management of personal vehicles and watercraft
  • Support in-home tasks and maintain a professional presence when working from the residence.
  • Maintain personal calendars for both principals, including appointments, commitments, and family events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Oversee scheduling and communication with portfolio companies to ensure alignment with personal plans.
  • Assist with personal event planning for the family.
  • Manage ad hoc administrative tasks and serve as a bridge between the family and select internal staff 
  • Occasional travel required
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Personal Assistant or Family Assistant experience; prior HNW household experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting families with young children.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to balance multiple family and administrative needs.
  • High discretion, professionalism, and ability to work independently.
  • Basic cooking skills; comfort assisting with meal prep.
  • Spanish fluency or conversational ability is a significant plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Schedule: Standard full-time hours, but must be flexible outside of business hours and occasional weekends

Pay: Up to $120,000/yearly + benefits. A slightly higher compensation will be considered for the right candidate
