We are seeking an exceptional Executive Business Partner to support two Senior Founders of a rapidly growing tech/software startup in San Francisco, CA. This is a highly visible role for a strategic, proactive operator who excels at anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and serving as a trusted thought partner to executive leadership.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars across multiple executives, strategically prioritizing meetings, appointments, and competing demands.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and operational challenges, proactively implementing solutions before they impact leadership.
- Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping maximize efficiency, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
- Prepare executives for meetings by organizing materials, drafting agendas, conducting research, and ensuring all necessary information is readily available.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, transportation, and contingency planning.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, special projects, and operational priorities.
- Collaborate with administrative and operations teams to ensure seamless executive support and business operations.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, create efficiencies, and strengthen organizational infrastructure.
- 10+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, or senior leadership teams in a high-growth startup environment.
- Proven track record of providing strategic executive support beyond traditional calendar management.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and independently solve problems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of an organization.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and adapting quickly in a dynamic startup environment.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern business productivity tools.
- Experience supporting founders, startup executives, or leadership teams during periods of rapid growth is highly preferred.
- Project management, process improvement, and event coordination experience are a plus.
