A high-profile professional based in Houston, Texas is seeking an experienced and discreet Live-In Executive Housekeeper to provide comprehensive household support. The ideal candidate will maintain the residence to five-star standards, manage day-to-day household operations, and ensure a consistently clean, organized, and welcoming environment for the principals and their two dogs. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, values discretion, and can anticipate needs before being asked.

Responsibilities:
  • Full-charge housekeeping for a luxury single-family residence, ensuring all spaces are immaculate and well-maintained at all times
  • Perform daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and special projects as needed — including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface care for high-end finishes
  • Manage laundry, ironing, wardrobe organization, and linen care
  • Maintain household organization systems for closets, storage, kitchen, and pantry
  • Assist with meal prep, grocery shopping, and household supply management
  • Oversee care of two small- to medium-sized dogs — including walks, feeding, and coordination of grooming or vet appointments
  • Coordinate with vendors, maintenance professionals, and other service providers as needed
  • Handle occasional errands (dry cleaning, returns, household deliveries)
  • Maintain household inventory, restock supplies, and monitor expiration dates
  • Ensure household security, cleanliness, and order whether principals are in residence or traveling
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a housekeeper or house manager in a private home or high-end estate preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a high-end private residence or hospitality environment
  • Highly skilled in detailed cleaning, organization, and wardrobe/laundry care
  • Pet-friendly and comfortable providing consistent, gentle care for dogs
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Calm, adaptable, and able to handle shifting schedules or last-minute requests with grace
  • Professional appearance and positive demeanor
  • U.S. work authorization, a valid driver’s license, and a clean background check are required
